I think Ivan nailed it - the guy on the right is Rob Edwards playing
a Jazzmaster. I think the cover photo is colorized too. Looks like
a Ted Turner Three Stooges show. Ivan always has tons of good info
and insight, and he explains it so well. If he were a highscool
teacher, Id have done much better!
Perhaps I am overly touchy concerning the word "Husky". As a
youth, I was forced to wear Sears Toughskin jeans ( all colors,
except blue. my mom hated blue jeans) The patch on the back gave
the size, and had the word "Husky" on it. I got teased A LOT about
that. It is one of my favorite childhood angst stories. I am no
longer husky.
