The current Ebay Aria's are not the same as the high end ones of the past few
years. The high end Arias are made in Japan, have a different vibrato assembly
and surrounds around the pick-ups as well as better materials all around. The
Arias seen in the recent Ebay auction are made in Korea.
These are the same distinctions that seperate the high-end VEM seriies Wilson
Bros models from the low priced VM series.

Aria was making Mosrite copies before the Wilson Brothers. I
remember we talked about these guitars a long time ago, and they
were very expensive, high end models. Take a look at this message
from the archives:
If the Ebay guitars are the same as the ones mentioned above, then
that is a steal.

Ventures. Those guitars look very very much like the Wilson Bros
VM65 or VM75. I don't have either, but I'm sure what Gary said about
the Wilson VM65 and VM75 will apply to the Aria's as well.
