What was the deal with the 'dick dale 100w transformer' if it wasnt the
heart of the dual showman, was it just another chapter in the myth of DD?
Any ideas from you electronic guys about how they compare (Showman vs.
Twin)?
Los Mel put a single 15" in his Twin, anyone heard it? Comments?
I've gotta set of 2x12 JBL's in my '66 Twin, and they have that 'voice of
god' tone but its not that rip your head of Dick Dale / Dual Showman tone.
The stock Jensens were hideous in my opinion, but for some reason I read a
lot of posts where people just adore those things.
any info on surfin' up a vintage Twin would be appreciated. (no permanent
mods tho!)
