What is this noise my amp is making?

Landlocked (theesurrealist) - 06 Jan 2004 23:47:22: I just recently got a 69 SF Super Reverb, it makes a low rumbling
static sound even with the volume turned all the way down. It's not
too annoying but maybe you guys can give me some ideas. Could it have
anything to do with the Power tubes? They look pretty old. Or is it
something internal? -Phillip
