Don't forget that if you swap a tube rectifier for ss you need to readjust your
bias. Also for SF amps where the bias is not that easy to adjust.
A ss rectifier gives +/- 30 volts more output on the power supply.

I think that Kevin O'Connor from London Power Press also has ss rectifiers.
