Ferenc hit it right on the nose. The more musicians you play with,
the more you pick up. His senario is similar to mine. Being the
song-writer/guitarist for Urban Surf Kings for the last 9 years,
I've recently started Mr Mumps Twang Gang with other musicians to
play more Link Wray style music (primitive R&R instros). We also
mix up USK by brining in an other guitarist to change things up. It
gives me a chance to work on the rhythm aspect of the guitar, which
is not only challenging, but a great deal of fun too. Plus I've
started playing Westen Swing tunes with another guy on Ukuleles.
