I'd definitely recommend lemon oil for the fretboard (Dr.
Stringfellow makes a good one meant for string instruments), also
there's this spray called "Guitar Honey" that's also good stuff to
treat your fretboard with.
Essentially ALL polishes are exactly the same, so whatever is
cheapest works. Just make sure you use a cotton cloth and not like
a terry cloth one or anything because they tend to streak a lot more.
Any good ol' polishing agent (even pledge) is good, but the
obsessive-compulsive part of me favors a bottle that actually says
guitar polish.
