Re: Stupid Amp Qestion

Ryan (rj_shades) - 17 Apr 2003 02:42:02

I ended up putting the grail on the high plug in, and it sounds
GREAT. I just didnt have it working this afternoon, but then I got it
going, and whoa, it was like the breakers crashed into my living
room, and everything was soaked with verb :)
I cant seem to stop playing now, it been a solid 6 hours. My finger
tips are dead. I have been trying to learn pipeline, and Surf Rider,
as they seems pretty good to start with, slow tempo etc.
Someday, when I can actually play a few songs, I will invest in a
fender reverb and amp. I was looking at the '63 Tube Reverb (brown,
tolex) unit - pretty sweet. What is the "dream" fender setup, surf
wise?
Hopefully if the sun is out tomorrow I can go and do some real
surfing.. :) G'Night!
