Using Priceline.com I was able to get them some
amazing deals on hotels, usually not more than $45 per
room a night. They stayed at my house for a week for
the Bay area shows. Couch suring gets old quick,
especially when you get in late and have to leave
early. As for a van, I think it was $400 a week. You
have to rent a van, someone would have to be really
gracious to let a band put 1000s of miles on their
personal vehicle. Also, I imagine that the Bambi
Molesters would want to do more than just the West
Coast or East Coast, which means you'd have to figure
out if you want to drive or fly. The Anacondas had a
great low budget tour a few years ago, traveling
around with Daikaiju. I guess it depends on how much
adventure/vacation vs actual tour you want.
