The song was originally released as Outer Limits,
A TV show along the lines of The Twilight Zone.

Anyways, they got the heat from the lawyers from the
TV Show, and they had to re-issue the 45's. I had both
Of them, could not afford buying albums back then.
Outer Limits >>> Out of Limits
Another Rock and Roll Group with the same problem...
"The Little Rascals" had to change their name to "The Young Rascals"
And the Platters had to change
"Bark, Battle and Ball" to "Shake, Rattle and Roll"
Because the former was to "Suggestive"
