I have actually been playing the amp with the volume between 8 and
10! (Fat switch off - it's just a volume boost.) I do like it loud!

None that I can tell. Clean as a whistle! But what a fat sound...
I got the alnico Cali speakers - not cheap, but what a sound.
Weber VST is based in Kokomo, IN, about 30 minutes from where my
parents live. So, I've bought quite a few speakers from them
through the last five years. They make really great stuff, and i
see that even Fender is starting to use them (for the new '58
reissue Twin, for example). And very, very nice people to boot. I
always just stop by there and pick up the speakers.
