Hmm... I'm afraid this is something for an amp tech. Especially since you
are a tube newbie.
It could be the phase splitter tube or a power tube, but it might as well be
something else. So don't go changing tubes just like that because I'm not
sure it will cure the problem.

Both channels for each do the same although the channels for Vibrato produce
more noise.
