Jerry, appreciate the aditional info. I'm sure you're right about the
vintage tape units being unreliable. Looked at a Magicstomp in the
local Sam Ash yesterday but it was closer to $170 vs $100. Was also
told that a new version of this is going to be available soon, so may
wait and check that out before deciding anything. Haven't actually
seen the blue Jaguar yet, its in another town I visit occasionaly and
may take a while. Apparantly "deep" blue was not a color option in '63
- maybe its faded from another color or perhaps the owners memory is
just a bit foggy. He said it hadn't been out ot it's case for 10 or 15
years. I'll post details and maybe a pic if the deal works out. Thanks
