Older MIJ's vs. newer ones

Richard (errant_jedi) - 22 Jul 2005 12:44:47: Ok, forgetting that the AV series exists and can be
had for $800 to $900 for a minute, what is everyone's
impression of the recent Jazz and Jag reissues from
Japan vs. the older ones with the basswood bodies?
Would anyone here still purchase one of the older
ones? How are they going on eBay pricewise vs. the
newer ones?
