Ranking 60's Bands was Re: The Lively Ones

I'd rank the Atlantics as tied for #1 with DD, but I figured we were
just talking about American bands.
The Fender IV I didn't include cause we were talking about bands
that released at least one album (though I guess both Klas and I
forgot that Eddie & the Showmen did not in fact release an album...
ooops... oh well, they had enough singles to qualify them!)
