Re: Growing the Surf scene (was: RE: from FD, thanks...)

Jeff (bigtikidude) - 27 Jun 2005 14:19:07

To True Dave,
I was at the Surf Museum yesterday for the Torquays. And this guy behind
me kept freaking out about the Trad. to a T sound. I turned around and
said boy you sure like this huh? He said Hell Yeah!!!
and that he was From Arizona, and out here camping at the beach,
and bummed he could only see this show, and missed others recently.
I asked him how he found out about the past shows and the one we were
at, and he said Oh Cowabunga and Jamie's web site.
So I told him I was bigtikidude, and he freaked out!!
He told his wife, this is bigtikidude, you gotta meet him.
I was totally blown away, and honored by that.
It was a good day :)
and cool to See Ran(Sand Devils) from San Diego make it up.
Good racing Bro.
