tape echo

Danny Snyder (twangbangin) - 10 Jun 2005 16:42:54: Does anyone know if surf guitarists ever made use of tape echo units?
I know East Bay Ray for one made great use of an echoplex, but I'd be
curious to hear of others, especially before I plunk down hundreds of
dollars on one of those babies.
