anyone planning on building they're own surf guitar?

Strat neck and Plate - Still new in box, the body comes with a velvet
storage bag. I've decided I'll have no time to follow through on this
project. If interested, please e-mail me off-line.
Question to group: How would you build the ultimate surf guitar out
of
a '57 Strat Body and Neck??? Pick-ups, tuners, strings, etc...
It would be cool to see some new home built surf guitars on the Yahoo
Photos Page.
