I've seen the Cocktail Preachers do it via guitar.
But I think you should go the full trad route and play it like the
original. Get yourself a saxophone mouth piece, complete with reed,
and blow through that. It's just the mouth piece mind you, not the
rest of the sax-a-ma-phone. :-)
