Jag pick up height

Rodney Fraser (windmillsg2000) - 02 Apr 2005 18:10:19: How does everyone set their pickup height on their jags ?
As Fender recommends, or do people have their own variations ?
Also is it advisable to "angle" the pickups by raising the treble side and
lowering the bass side ?
