Monty,
They kick ass actually. I bought them off of Musician's Friend and had them
installed by a guy in Redondo Beach, CA (Music Works).
It took a little work to get them to fit. The Custom Shop pick ups fit right
into an American Made bass, but the Squiers are a little different. They had
to cut the pick guard a little and rout out the wood slightly to get them to
fit.
Cost me $90 all together for the install (plus $100 for the pick ups).
The thing sounds great...well worth the time and effort.
