We've gotten to the point where we tell them not to mic us. They
think we are nuts, but some go along with it, others don't. I've
moved mics from my amps and really pissed some of these guys off.
With our closed backed Fender cabs I think our drummer may be the
only one who could benefit from a monitor. I'm yet to meet a sound
guy who knows what "surf music" is.
