Gert,
I get my strings from
They have good prices, but you have to buy a lot to cancel out the
shipping costs. Yikes, I just looked at their international shipping
rates (US $35), and you may want to try elsewhere. Can anyone help Gert
out, he's in Kenya right now?
Until recently all I used for picks was EBE's glow in the dark alien
picks. Make sure you get the glow in the dark kind, as they are made
from a different material than their non-glow-in-the-dark kinds.
I like these a lot, but they need to be just a hair thicker, I think.
However I just started using and liking the "Cool" Juratex Heavy (1.0mm)
picks. They have a kind of fine sandpaper-ish gripping surface on the
blue part of the pick.
They've got lots of other shapes and sizes too.
Well I guess I didn't answer any of your questions. Sorry!
