Re: SurfGuitar101 Member Compilation CD?

Maybe this is a very strange idea, but I would like to mention it.
In the late eighies I'v played in a "rock" band in the Netherlands,
I'd wrote an instro for this group (and its my only one) at that
time which was our intro-song at gigs. We have recorded it in 1989
in a cheap studio and it sounds lo-fi and the guitar is raw with a
lot of sustain. Actually I'm still very proud of that one particilar
instro, but its way back recorded and played with a telecaster,
which is of course not very surf.
Is it an idea to drop it for this project? Maybe you guys can say
something about it!
