Hi Dana,
I sometimes use one of those Boss overdrive/distortion pedals for
a bit of crunch at small venues. The drive dial is close to 0, and
the volume set slightly higher than the clean amp sound. The tone
depends on the room, and the overdrive/distortion dial is set at
about 9 o'clock.
Other than that it's just the reverb tank, and the vibrasonic.
Any suggestions for that Davie Allan tone in a pedal. Someone
should market a Davie Allan biker fuzz box!!!
