Moscow band "Los Kosmos," perform the modern version of the surf music of the 60's with a large mixture of late styles such New Wave, Punk and Heavy Metal. The group rarely have gigs, since all participants are continuously busy in different Moscow pop, rock, rapcore and punk bands. However "Los Kosmos" are fairly productive authors of music for movies, cartoons and TV.

With two lead guitarists meshing different styles, the Insanitizers are the Certs of Surf Music. Conrad plays with a style between Nokie and Dick Dale, and Michael combines classical rock with the touch of the Shadows' Hank Marvin. Ralf pounds bass guitar, and Big Wave Don Wenke uses aircraft mechanic skills on percussion. The Insanitizers were featured in Pipeline Magazine #85 Spring, 2011, with an enthusiastic review of their "Whimsical Surf" 17-song CD. Located in the Portland, Oregon/ Vancouver, Washington area, the band rarely travels.
The Turbosonics is a 3-piece surf-rock band from Pittsburgh, PA. Straight-up rock-n-roll, surf style. Their songlist includes surf classics from the likes of Dick Dale, The Ventures, The Chantays, The Trashmen, The Surfaris and more. Arno De Cea & the Clockwork Wizards is a Brutal Surf Music band from the Silver Coast of France. It started in 2008 after the split of Spy-Surf unit Antena Tres (2002/2008), the band has since released one album, one 7inch, some songs on compilations such as "Monsters of Surf" and "L'Appel de la musique Surf", toured France and Spain and is about to release a new album for June 2015. Arno De Cea is also a member of The Irradiates and was also in the Surf duo Stef & Arno (1998/2002).
