I'm totally elated and so grateful to be playing with these guys (and I really do appreciate all the votes of confidence). I never thought I'd have the opportunity to play in one of my favorite bands! It's a great group of dudes and I'm glad to be a part of it, and these songs are a lot of fun to play. Danny writes some pretty involving music, and I've definitely got my work cut out for me. But I'm glad to make a fun learning experience out of it too, and I'm anxious to try my hand at writing some of my own T-men originals. A high standard's already been set, but I'm up for the challenge. I'm stoked off this experience already! IvanP But, Ben - a Jazzmaster?? Tsk, tsk, tsk... I never figured you for a sellout... Well Danny obviously hasn't told you exactly how much he's paying me (Inflation gets pretty out of hand in the future, and I got to bring my wage back with me to the present). Fear not, Ivan. Though the Jazzmaster has been getting more and more comfortable (it's needed a lot of tweaking along the way) the Strat is still undoubtedly my beloved. I played the following Deadbeats set all on the Strat. Felt just like home. Top

We've already played our first gig together at fellow SG101'er Miles Gehm's birthday party, along with the Deadbeats. Ah, the best kind of audition there is. One that you don't _know _is an audition.
