Very cool looking, especially the coloring. One has to ask, though, with a single pickup, what's with the switch?

Do you mean on the original Custom Shop version? If so, I think I read that they have two pickups hidden underneath the pickguard and that they're using a 5-way switch.
BTW - I put together two of these (both ash w/blackguard finishes). One is a hardtail w/Fralins and a 4-way switch and the other is a softail w/a Callaham Strat bridge, chopped bridge plate, Fralins, and a 4-way swtich. I've always like the ergonomics of the Jazzmaster body. So, having a Tele built into that body shape has been great. I don't have a way to post a picture here, but if you want to see them, I'll send you a snapshot of them.

Nice! What are we looking at, a Gibson ES-175 with a Bigsby? (I've really thought about doing that myself instead of doing the Gretsch thing.)

I think that Red Hollowbody is a Gibson ES-135 w/P100's. And by the way, that button on his shirt is about to pop

If I'm not mistaken, I'll guess the knobs came off a Fender Super-Sonic combo amp. The look just like the ones in my current desktop background picture.

Those knobs came on certain Fender amps from 1961-64. They are also current used on several amps and are a common after-market part.
