I only finally started reading these (in reverse chronological order since I've been so hyped about this Surfer Joe festival). Very entertaining, Ferenc! Man, I'm turning physically green with envy reading these cool stories and anecdotes and seeing these videos. Now I'm stoked to see some Pollo footage turn up. |

Great blog, Ferenc! Who needs videos when you've done such a good job of transporting the reader to the event. I'm jealous as hell of everyone who got to go to this - it sounds like an amazing time was had by all. —That was excessively violent and completely unnecessary. I loved it. |

We wrap up what has been a very exciting year for Pollo Del Mar with a couple of shows this weekend. 12/19 - Saturday morning, 10AM - Noon, tune your radios to KALW 91.7 in the SF Bay Area(or point your browsers to http://www.kalw.org) as PDM performs on the West Coast Live Radio Show. We will be doing Christmas surf along with 3 other bands. The show is being broadcast live from The Ferry Building in San Francisco. If you would like to attend, check out http://www.WCL.org for more info.12/20 - Sunday afternoon, The Hotel Utah in San Francisco PDM returns to The Utah for our last show of the year, but this is not your average Surf Sunday. Opening up are The Shes, a power pop group made up of high school age girls from San Francisco. Headling is Jesse Morris & The Man Cougars a cow-twang band made up of men on the prowl.
