Permalink Any tabs out there for "Stoked"

New Topic

I was hoping someone could steer to me a tab for the Beach Boys "Stoked."
Thanks

"We're lousy, we can't play. If you wait until you can play, you'll be too old to get up there. We stink, really. But it's great," Johnny Ramone .

This is an easy song to play. It is a vamp in G major. The same pattern repeats over each change (G, C, D).

Learn the verse in G and you'll have it:

e --------------------------------
B --------------------------------
G --------------------------------
D --53------53----3---------------
A -5---5---5-----5--5-------------
E 3-------3-----------------------

I have never written tablature in my life, and I don't even know how to break it up into measures, indicate a tie or syncopation. This is clearly one of those tunes that is best to pick out by ear!

SSIV

i tabbed out the solos note for note a few years ago to help me learn it, i suggest doing the same thing. the tab i wrote is probably long gone.

The Tremblors on Facebook!

The Tremblors on MySpace!

i have no idea dude sorry!

Cj 'Radical' Wilson !

structurally, STOKED is very easy.

To actually nail it ?..... I'd love to hear that.

It's a gem, a classic, a sleeper. Sorta like a 32 Deuce Coupe.
