Saturday, September 6th we return to our favorite venue in Virginia.

Opening for the Bottle Rockets at their 15th anniversary show!

We'll also be playing lot of new material from our new upcoming CD 'Meltdown" which should be finishing up soon (hopefully!) in the next month or so...

That's great news about the new CD. I have both of your previous CD's and they are really excellent. No one can double pick like you guys.

I seem to recall reading that there was a personnel change at some point. Will the new CD have the same style as the first two or have a new tangent?

Thanks Paul! Glad you like the first two.
Joe's been with us for about 3 or 4 years now.
It'll be similar, but more high-energy and edgier. It sounds more like what we actually sound like live. Joe also has a slightly edgier sound than George did, which I think is cool!
Every thing is done and recorded, we're just waiting on artwork, mastering etc...

Thanks for the notice. IOTA is a great place to see bands. I saw Los Straitjackets play there a couple of years back. If I'm in town that weekend (or not bombarded with work like every weekend this summer), I will definitely try to attend.

i bet i was at the same los straitjackets show........... i'd love to see the mosquitos again, but alas, the distance is just too great.

I was just at Iota a few weeks ago to watch some friends of mine play, great venue..... AND they have Yuengling on tap. What more could you ask for?
