Looking to jam, write, and maybe even play some shows. Mainly just get together and play.
Interested in Surf (o' course), also Garage and 77' punk. I'm a vet bass player who's doing lead guitar now.

PM me if interested, I have weekends free and evenings after 6:00.

And yes, that really is a picture of Moe the stooge holding a jaguar in my avatar.

I'm in the bay every once in a while, usually to play with the rest of the Deadbeats. That's how I spend all my free time when I'm at home, but maybe we can work something out some time.

Yea man come jam with us sometime so that we could finally play some killer surf with 3 guitars. Saturdays are our "make HELLA noise and get the fuzz to shut us up" jam days. Come around sometime we rehearse in Hercules at FenderShowman63's house. He's the bassist.

That would be ok, If whenever u decide to come over, myself and the folks dont go out somewher. Its funny cuz Ben(Wooza) was invited to come over and play at my house. And after that we invited him some more cuz he can play, and we got along with him just fine. But the funny thing is that me and the guys never really asked him If he wanted to join the band. I guess we just assumed he was already a part of the band, and he is .

Tony, I 've been thinking alot about that actually. I love that cleaner sound.

I cant think of many truly surfy garage/punk bands.. where the guitar is as important as the singer, with a real 60's sound. Might be cool. Ever sing along when you listen to surf sometimes? just holler and shout mick jagger jibberish. It really goes well together.

Show starts at 8pm. The bands are Dead Sounds, Social Concern, New Earth Creeps, SCAD and The Deadbeats. I don't know the order but YES Tony's punk band is definetely playing there too. CHT wasnt on the flyer so I guess theyre not playing? No MataRata either
