Today The Eliminators taped a new Discovery Channel TV show, "Battleground Earth" with Motley Crue's Tommy Lee & rapper Ludacris. The Eliminators originaly were asked to perform 2 songs to recorded play back. However, after The Eliminators played one song live, the directer decided on the spot their performance would be live. The taping went well & drew such an enthusiastic crowd. The band ended up playing 5 songs. Pipeline, Miserlou, Walk Don't Run, Hawaii Five-O & Wipe Out.
The Show with The Eliminators will air in August or September.
Yes, The Eliminators have copped out & gone Hollywood.
Possibly some video tomorrow.

Were they in Beverly Hills 90210 long time ago? They sure look like a surf band they had playing in a beach club. I saw a rerun a couple of years ago and the band was redeeming the whole episode :).

Thanks Linda. I will pass on your message tot the band. I'm sure they would enjoy playing at the HB Pier again in the event of any more cancellations this summer.

Man this is too Kool ! Great pictures. Things like this is what keeps the music alive. It can only help ALL of us.

We were told she is an "up and coming actress." I forget her name. The was also a guy in the scene from a band called The Crows, a guy from Pimp My Ride & several other rappers in the shoot.

John was so giddy, I had to pick out the right tie then tie it for him.  That is a sweet very early 60's sharkskin suit he is wearing.
