anyone have this album by fuzztones rudi protrudi?
i got this from a friend somewhere mid nineties, when i was in garageband and new zilch about surf... I remeber it had great impact on me back then, just listended to it for the first time in,, wat, 8 years or so ... cant make up my mind, i lik ethe idea of the album, ut the guitars sound really really bad. (mho of course)

I couldn't get into his Link Protudi & the Jaymen stuff--crappy production, boring performances. I can't think of a single Link Wray cover he did that came anywhere close to the original. (Same with his version of "Blues Theme.")
But then, I also didn't really go into it with an open mind, since I can't stand the Fuzztones. (Though admittedly I imagine they were quite good with Bernard Yin's evil twin on lead.)
