Just a friendly reminder - OuterWave will perform 3 sets at Baja Cantina on Wednesday 6/28 beginning at 7 PM. Details on the web site. While you are on the site, we loaded it with songs recorded live by Steve of ChromiumOxide.com during our June 11 International Surf Museum show. Click on SOUNDS and there's gotta be at least 12 songs there including Exotic, Pipeline, Penetration, Malibu Run, Esperanza and others.. Check it out, thanks.

Tony,
Sorry I forgot to mention your gig on Clints radio show.
I was just thinking of what was going on for the weekend.
I'll be there for sure.
also good to see you at the Infareds, Volcanics show.
Jeff(bigtikidude)
p.s. Outterwave does a very cool 3 or 4 sets mix of surf/instros.
Some songs no other bands play, some very few bands play.
Tony I know it would be some work, but can you post all the songs you guys know. For everybody to oogle at....
Thanks..

Hello Jeff,
Enjoyed the Infrareds and Volcanics last Friday. Cool bar too.
Anyway, thanks for letting the folks know about our music. We play all the trad stuff and as you mentioned we also play some obscure trads too like Decoy, Gear, Midnight Surfer, Exotic and some not new but not real old like Depth Charge.
We are working on some more songs by The Fender Four, Chandelles and Sandy Nelson.
See you tomorrow, we are looking forward to this gig. Baja Cantina has a pretty good crowd always. For those who have not heard us play trad check out our site and click on sounds. There are at least twelve songs there ready to be played.

Tony, I'm real sorry I'm missing out on this. I think out of all the bands that do trad covers, Outerwave hits the nail on the head. Have a great show!

We will give you a concert for free from where you are at right now, just travel expenses. You sound like you are having a great time over there.-Tony, drummer of OuterWave

Tim those pics are beutiful, wish I was there too, but somebody needs to stay here nad go to all the shows
By the way, Outterwave played the best I have seen them (in the 2 years I've been seeing them), Last night.
3 killer sets, and a pretty good entergetic crowd too.
Plus a good amount of us surf fans. about 12 I think.
keep up the great work Tony, and gang, you'll be able to play after Slacktone at the Pier no problem.

I'm listening again from the Banzai Pipeline on the north shore tonight. A very warm & humid night here on the beach. The sound over the net via my laptop & headphones is exceptional. Of course I'm listening to Pipeline for about the 10th time.

Thanks for all of our surf music community friends who showed up. To the young ladies who were dancing to our music and to the guy who had a very romantic slow dance while we were playing Sleepwalk with the maniquin in a bikini. As usual we had a great time with our friends behind us and an ergergetic crowd in front of us. -Tony
