Just thought I'd share. We just got reviewed in the San Diego Reader. Not too bad considering the reviewer is probably not a heavy surf listener.
Definitely not the deepest review ever, but its always interesting to see what people think of your music who aren't familiar w/ you our your style/genre.
Unfortunately, he listed our last song as The Song Remains the Same instead of Insane. Woops, I hope Jimmy Page doesn't come after me

Congrats on the notice. I hope it will entice some people to pick up this fine CD.
I remember awhile ago you were on the lookout for a new drummer, without much luck it seemed. Next thing I know, you are doing shows. Is this a new drummer? If so, he obvioulsy got up to speed on the material in a hurry.

Thanks websurfer! Yeah, we recently brought a new drummer on board: Bill Zuck. He has rehearsed with us 3 times. So yeah, he's getting thrown into the fire a bit. He doesn't have a surf background per se, but is an excellent drummer, has studied the tunes, and has been able to come up to speed really quickly. He's going to add a lot of energy to the mix I believe. It might be a little rocky for a bit, but I think he's going to work out great.
