I got an offer for a 1976 Pignose 150 Crossmix Amp and I cant find any information on this amp. Is there a site like the Encylopedia of amps?? Can anyone find me the specs or anything on this amp please.

From what I can gather the 150R is a 150W solid state amp with a 12-inch speaker and a reverb circuit. It was designed by Paul Rivera. It was available from the mid 1970s to early 1980s.
The selling point, I think was tone stack and preamp funny business designed to take an early stab at tube emulation. Looks like it has a million knobs on it. I have never heard one. But if Rivera had a hand in it, I would predict an amp with plenty of weird, hairy preamp distortion....transistor distortion...like someone has amplfied the sound of the zipper on your winter coat. Prepare to be disappointed for surf and maybe pleasantly surprised for other styles where crispy cheese is the order of the day.

I have nothing against solid state equipment per se (sound is sound, as long as it sounds right it's okay by me) but I stay away from old solid state stuff just because it more often than not crackles, hisses and breaks down (component failure) and it's hard to fix up yourself and not worth investing ,money in to have it fixed. my 2 cents. Zappa used the small pignose for recording I believe.
