'Reckless' Abraham Beech.
I'm not at all reckless, but I doubt that 'Punctual' Abraham Beech would be acceptable as a blues name, so yeah.

"Cowhand" Gumbo Robinson.
Does being a cowhand make me a good blues and/or surf guitarist?

could I have the blues?
"Happy" Ed Katcher.
And, though I apologize sincerely for putting myself in the same category, I rejoice in "Nearsighted Quince." I don't use a last name.

Funny Tuckster......I had to practice with the wedding band I play in tonight, maybe I should reconsider.......We are playing for a Macon Georgia High School's 50th Class reunion this weekend. That might give me a case of the blues. On second thought we actually get paid (and pretty good too) to do this, so maybe I can't have the blues after all. However, tomorrow, like today and yesterday, I have to drag my butt up at 5:30 to go to work........Hummmmm, that will give most anybody the blues. But the funny thing is, tomorrow night it's The Surge! weekly invasion at Sticks' house, and that's pretty neat to look forward to. Well, damnit, no blues here. Even though the strings on old number one are dead-er than pooh. I just can't seem to get too down and dirty.............still no blues.............I, unfortunately just must not be blues material.................ed

My favorite thing about this thread is that at least a third of names sound legit.

Wow, Taylor - I'd KILL for the stage name "Pilkington".....
Mine is "Curly" Gumbo Dixon.
All in all, a little too fitting for me....
