Permalink SOLD! Fender Vintera '60s Jaguar - Ocean Turquoise

New Topic

Up for sale is a MINT like new Vintera 60s Jaguar. I’m only selling because I have way too many guitars and need to scale them back. the guitar plays like a dream. $950 obo.

Fender Vintera '60s Jaguar Solidbody Electric Guitar Features:

Classic Jaguar style with "Golden Era" design and appointments

Dual single-coil pickups deliver the aggressive chime Jaguars are known for

Mid-'60s "C" neck profile and 7.25" fretboard radius deliver a period-correct feel

Traditional Jaguar control set includes switchable rhythm and lead tone circuits, sliders to activate/deactivate each pickup, plus a "tone cut" slider

I upgraded and swapped the stock tremolo/vibrato out with a USA American Vintage tremolo/ vibrato which is a traditional “snap” in arm versus what came stock. These have better response and operate like a traditional jaguar.

Additionally, I’ve installed a 1 degree Stew Mac shim which you can see in the pictures. If you know about the old Jaguars, you’ll know the shim helps with creating a greater angle at the bridge causing more downward pressure with the strings which fixes all of bridge issues people complain about. I do it on all of my offset guitars and never ever have issues.

Now for the logistics- I only do in person transactions to avoid issues with shipping companies. I’m in central Pennsylvania (State College) and can meet to do the deal.
