So does this go in front of the amp or in the effects loop?
My Marshell halfstack got no reverb. lol

Welcome to the group Wizard! Congrats on picking up a Surfy Bear. For surf, you'll get the best results running the unit in front of the amp. You can certainly run it through the effects loop. You'll get a cleaner sound, but in my opinion, it sounds better pushing the front of the amp.

Thanks Bob, So excited got a Black Friday deal to afford this beasts of a unit. All the youtube videos was pointing me towards this is the unit to get. Now where do i start on my surfin journey. I am a intermediate player classic rock type.

Thanks for the tip. No instructions came with mine. Just a sticker and power adapter from the store.

I am under sure what the foot switch is for and the surfy drip connections are for. isnt that just like for an extender for the mixer and the on and off switch closer to your feet?

Definitely check the documentation online at Surfy Industries. Put in case you haven't noticed, the power supply is 12V, so you shouldn't use it with a regular 9v supply, and don't accidentally use the 12V supply for other pedals.

You pretty much figured out the function of the two switch jacks - the drip switch can be handy to switch between two levels of reverb. Otherwise, the main thing to note is that the volume setting serves as a sort of boost to make up for the fact that the reverb circuit cuts down the signal level a bit (plus you can use it to boost the signal and drive your amp harder).

Thanks I purchase New for a dealer so excited by i caught the Flu not i have zero energy to hook it up.... urghhhhh

You are probably ok with it, as long as it is 400 ma-1 amp. I think I remember other users using the Zuma with no issues.
