I really love this bass and hate to get rid of it, but I have to. Well, here's the skinny. It's a Fender Mustang Bass reissue, Crafted in Japan, in excellent condition. The color is white with a tortoise shell pickguard. The bass is in excellent condition and the only sign of use are some light pick scratching on the pickguard and a belt scratch in the clear coat on the back. This bass, if you don't already know, is a short scale, which I prefer as I am primarily a guitar player. It also comes with a hard case that fits is beautifully. The case is the old lizard skin-style case from an old mustang or musicmaster or something else. It's in great condition except for a couple of tears in the tolex (pictured). These sell new for $575 and the case sells for another $150, but I'm probably going to let it go for $525 shipped inside the continental US. I will try to get some pictures up as soon as I see there is interest and I decide for sure that it is for sale. In the meantime, let me know if you're interested.
I would also be interested in a trade (+cash if necessary) for a J. Mascis Jazzmaster, AVRI Jag or JM, some USA Strats, or a tele with bigsby.

I am a new forum member, but I have a lot of experience selling on ebay and other forums. You can check my feedback on the talkbass forum (brianeharmonjr), on harmony central (brianeharmonjr) and on ebay (fifnofxmxpxltj) where I have over 400 positive feedback at 99.5%

wow! It's really nice!
Wish I have some extra cash for this.
Always wanted a bass.
Do you sell in Europe? Maybe my bassist will be interested....

I had a "tech" install it but I had to completely redo it because he didn't route out enough wood. I also had to reposition the trem plate which he mounted crooked and he put the plate too close too the bridge, against my instructions, so the buzz stop doesn't work properly...but it works fine without it. I have Graphtech saddles on there now.
This is a 50's Telecaster reissue, American parts assembled in Mexico.
I would get a lot more use out of that bass, which matches my Jaguar.
