Hey everybody. I just put this one together. Not sure how she plays yet (currently having the nut worked on a bit).
Body is from a squier and is very light! Neck is a 2000 AVRI. Staytrem bridge and arm. Vintage guard with vintage wiring harness and new Callahan pickups.
Lemme know what you thinks!

Looks nice - if I saw that in a store, I'd gladly pick it up and give it a try.

Thanks guys! I'm anxious to get it back from my buddy... hopefully next week. I guess slotting the nut has always sort of freaked me out... I tried it once and twisted the wrong way... it was ugly. So I'll leave that part to the professionals.

I’m exactly the same. I will mess with just about everything on a guitar, but I let other people slot my nuts (hey oh!)

Nut has been slotted… ready for some gig testing this weekend. I’ll report back.

If it plays and sounds as good as it looks it will be amazing!

Looks great Paul! I’m in the same boat when it comes to slotting the nut. Can’t wait to hear how it sounds!

Played it for about 30mins on Friday. Sounds ok so far, need to adjust the pickups a bit more, try to dial that part in. Feels pretty good. Getting close.
