I spent some time with this mag today and I’ve gotta say it’s worth your while. There’s actually nice production values on top of the worthwhile content. I’m also pleased and somewhat shocked this is coming out of my home state, but hell why shouldn’t it? Anyhow, it does you good to get away from computers & phones and actually read on paper. Buy it so they’ll keep making more!

Finished reading my copy this morning, really enjoyed it. I especially dug Ivan's article about the Strat and its place in the early surf movement.

I got this issue a few days ago, and I honestly think it is a triumph!! It looks AMAZING, full color, and the articles (and reviews) are simply fantastic, professional and interesting.
There is a 5-page article about Lords of Atlantis, our story so far, beautifully written and dead on, very accurate. And Ken asked me to contribute an article on surf music gear, so I wrote a fairly in-depth piece on the dominance of the Strat in the first wave. I expect it to be a bit controversial! 
So, so many other articles in there that I can't wait to dive into, a lengthy cover feature on Satan's Pilgrims, an interview with The Babalooneys, Art Bourasseau of MuSick Recordings interviewing Frankie Blandino of The Fathoms, an article by Jonpaul Balak on the essential books on surf music, The Creature Preachers feature, etc., etc.
All in all, truly impressive all around! BIG congratulations to Ken, well done, you ought to feel very proud! I'm sure the surf music community will eat it up! Off to an amazing start!

Got my copy a few days ago. Fast delivery time. I think this Surf music magazine is fantastic !! Excellent color work, Great print quality on high grade paper. Read it cover to cover. Can't wait for the next issue...
