Hi Matthew,
Congratulations - really looking forward to reading it! And, speaking of local shows (I saw your response to Outpost), the Royal Aces will be playing for "Tiki Tuesday" on Tuesday, March 5 at Salita - 7th and Grant in Denver. Salita is part of the great Bonanno Concepts restaurant group. It's a coffee and cocktails corner bar, and they're adding a Tiki Tuesday on the first Tuesday of every month.

Thanks for ordering a fanzine! Off to the post office in a moment.

I saw that show announcement on Facebook. Very cool.
I have a standing meeting on Tuesday evenings. Do you have any other shows planned?

There's a band from Laramie, WY named, De Gringos y Gremmies that plays Denver on occasion.
Locally:
The Beloved Invaders
Fly Janet
Maybe we can get something set up.

I'm not familiar with De Gringos, but will check them out (same for Fly Janet). Of course, Beloved Invaders have been a dynamic mainstay on the local scene for many years!
Our next one after Salita is South Suburban Golf Course on March 15, from 6 to 9 pm (although this one is indoors instead of out on the patio, and, thus, is quite a "light touch")

We received an influx of some cool stickers to give away when you purchase our first issue

Also, a FREE download of The Meteoroids EP P-22 b/w Boss Angeles for the next 20 customers

Thanks for the message. It's been fixed now.
Please let me know if you get an update message from Bandcamp. If not, I'll email you a copy.

Alternatively, paper copies are available in the UK from Pipeline

Matthew, it was great meeting you at the SG101 Surf Music Festival last week. I just finished reading Issue #1 of the Colorado Instrumental Fanzine that I bought there, and it was great!

All of the interviews with the bands were stellar, but the one that stood out the most was your interview with Surfer Joe (Lorenzo V.). So much detail regarding his personal musical history and the history of the Surfer Joe Festival. I learned more than I ever expected to, and you do ask great questions!

Many thanks.

Thank you, Patrick!

It was great meeting you too and happy we had a chance to talk for a moment.

I'm glad you enjoyed issue 1 and learned much about Lorenzo. He was fun to interview.

Hope to see you at the next show!
