I'm extremely excited and proud to once again be involved with and participate in The Surf Guitar 101 Festival! Who knew that a tiny little gathering at a sports bar in Hermosa Beach 15 years ago would turn into one of the most important festivals of its kind in the world!

Much respect and kudos to everyone involved behind the scenes that make an event like this possible! It's only as good as each individual makes it by sharing their unique talents and skills!

Obviously first and foremost, the BIG TIKI DUDE himself Jeff Hanson, equipment expert and content consultant Ran Mosessco, event producers Christopher Burkhart/Stellar Shows and Art Bourasseau/MuSick Recordings, poster artist BigToe AKA Tom Laura, flyer co-designer and print facilitator Jason Weckerly/Kustom Deluxe, food provider Robert Molina of Roxanne's, Long Beach, and all of the bands, many of whom graciously and humbly agree to be involved at great expense and effort!

Here's to the best year yet and continued success and growth to the entire organization! Cheers Worship

Now BOOK YOUR TICKETS AND HOTEL before it sells out!!!

Insect Surfers
The Tikiyaki Orchestra

The flyer is insanely cool!!! Surf On!!!

Killer job BTD and crew! Making plans - What's the difference between general admission and reserved seating? I mean, I know what those words mean, but curious about the difference at this venue.

"You can't tell where you're going if you don't know where you've been"

Epic! I'm so stoked! Getting tickets now.

Are the Mermen playing a three-hour set on Friday night?!? That's dope.

Got my tickets.

Got my room reservations!

now the waiting begins! Can’t wait to see these excellent bands and to catch up with my reverb family Cool

Mermen will play at least 2 hours, hopefully more

GA will have 75-100 seats (first come first served)
Not at a table.

seated is a guaranteed seat at a table.

Any chance that the Mermen will have a light show as part of their set?

I can ask, we shall see.
if their person doesn’t come we will do something.
