tremolo after reverb is what you get with an outboard tank into an amp that has tremolo built in - the classic surf setup, tank into Showman. I do not like this as the reverb gets "tremoloed" - if you play through a Twin Reverb you will find that the tremolo is before the reverb

I use a late 80's deluxe Memory Man before my Surfy Bear Metal. Around 350/400 ms, 3 or 4 repeats but quite low in the mix. And some subtle vibrato. Really nice spacey vibe that don't get in the way of the playing. The preamp of the DMM is really really nice. Tremolo after the reverb.

Got a recording I could check out? That sounds lovely.

Great advice above. Thanks guys.
The main track from my new EP has a lot of delay with pretty heavy reverb almost all over. See the video below. If that’s a kind of sound you are chasing I may show my settings. I usually use delay to add some space and atmosphere, so delay is not really heard, or to make solos or some parts more prominent and these are two different types of delay and reverb settings.
This track is outstanding

I do find delay into a big spring tank just adds confusion and you can't hear the repeats. Always run the delay after the spring tank. If you really wanna hear those repeats, you gotta dial back the mix on your spring tank. No other way around it. I've been using the SurfyBear Metal into a Boss DM-2w, and it sounds fantastic.

I use a Surfybear metal with Supro Trem 1310. Love it. The gain knob adds a beautiful boost without a volume increase. I keep it on as a boost pedal and add trem when I need/want it.
