I was listening to this band that I was obsessed with when I was younger, and to this day I still can’t figure out how to precisely play it! I thought I would post in the off topic forum to see if any of you could help me figure it out? It’s “The Bride Ship,” by Crime & The City Solution.
If I am posting in the wrong thread, please let me know.
I think it’s a lot of power chords, but my ears may be going bad in my old age. Anyone want to try to help me out on this one? Also, I know it’s not a surf song, but maybe you can help me make it sound more “surfy” Too?
thanks!

Nope. It’s pretty disguised by all the talking.
Good luck.

The pedal tone/chord is Db. My guess is the guitar is tuned down a half-step, maybe then in Drop D (er, Drop Db) or even tuned down a step and a half so when it LOOKS like you play an E chord, you're really playing a Db chord.
The rest is pretty much just random noise.
