Hey Ivan,
I don't know how it happened, but, although I had been looking forward to talking with you, somehow you were the only person that I didn't get a chance to talk with. Mostly, I wanted to tell you after the show how affected I was by the Madeira that night. You cut right through to my soul! I was so glad that I was there. Thanks again!

Actually, how it happened is that I was so thoroughly exhausted after our performance that I just put the guitar down and went to collapse backstage on the sofa for about 15-20 minutes, covered in sweat and pretty much unable to move. I didn't emerge until a while after, and then just to pack up my gear. Sorry about that.
Mostly, I wanted to tell you after the show how affected I was by the Madeira that night. You cut right through to my soul! I was so glad that I was there. Thanks again!
Wow, thank you very much, Tom! I (and we!) really appreciate that and are extremely glad to hear it. We still haven't heard the recording from that night, but I'm very curious to hear how we sounded cause I was in a mostly altered state that night and really couldn't judge it. So, it's very reassuring to hear you say that. Thank you again.
p.s. And boy did you ever kick the tank! I was in heaven!
 The tank had been bad. It needed to be punished.
