Permalink Drums & Bass for your project

I'm posting this on behalf of my buddies. Jim is a great bass player, Chris is a great drummer. Both are set up to do remote recording, so if you need actual drums and/or actual bass (electric and upright) they can hook you up.

this is a tune I did with them. I did basic guitar to a click, sent it to the drummer then the bass player, then messed around with more guitar. spotify link

feel free to message me for their contact info.

Human performance make all the difference in surf music. It doesn’t need to be played together live or even all from the same take. But live players are the way to go. Creating a scratch guitar track to a tempo mapped demo is an excellent way to give drums and bass the tool they need to give you the tool you need to lay down the real guitar tracks.

This is a cool idea
I’m currently recording tracks for my surf album
Once it’s all done I’ll definitely get in touch for drums and bass

Yeah, I mean recording in a room is the best, obviously, but if it's a choice between scrolling through drum loops or trying to get drum machine to play a surf beat, I'll take Chris every time!
