KFJC rebroadcasts a show that originally aired on Mayhem 12, 2012 (see playlist). Fans usually think of the guitar as the dominant instrument in Surf Music, but in the early days the saxophone shared the limelight. We'll take a trip back to the 1960's and also explore how the sax continues to ride the waves of Reverb. An interview with George White, sax player from the Tornadoes, will be featured.
